I loved hearing about Tanzania as we spent time at the Ngorogoro crater and the Serengeti park after Kilimanjaro. We camped at the edge oft the crater and thought the garden of Eden must have been similar. It was so full of life and very beautiful.
We also camped in the scrubby desert place on our way to Lake Natron and really understood your wonderment at the starry skies.
The Massai children came to the river with us and shared our soap and shampoo. The river was covered in bubbles! all great fun.
